These terms govern your use of sunlitcarry.com and purchases from Sunlit Carry LLC. By using the site or placing an order you agree to them.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 to purchase, at least 21 for handgun ammunition and items marked 21+, and you must not be prohibited by federal, state or local law from possessing what you order. You confirm the information you give us is accurate.

2. Products

We sell parts, accessories, gear and ammunition. Descriptions, prices and availability may change without notice. Images are for illustration. Fitment information is a guide; confirm compatibility before installing. Installation of parts should be done by a qualified person.

3. Orders and acceptance

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we ship. We may refuse or cancel any order, including orders with pricing errors, that fail age or ship-to checks, that cannot lawfully be delivered to the address, or that appear fraudulent. If we cancel a paid order we refund the amount charged.

4. Prices, payment and tax

Prices are in U.S. dollars. Payment is taken at checkout through our payment processor. Applicable sales tax and shipping are shown before you pay.

5. Shipping, returns and refunds

6. Your responsibility for lawful use

Laws on parts and accessories (for example magazines) differ by state and city. You are responsible for knowing and following the laws where you live and where an item is delivered, and you agree not to buy items for anyone who may not lawfully have them. Nothing on this site is legal advice.

7. Prohibited use

No unlawful use, fraud, scraping that burdens the site, or attempts to interfere with site security.

8. Intellectual property

Site content, logos and the Sunlit Carry name belong to Sunlit Carry LLC or its licensors. Product names and trademarks belong to their owners.

9. Disclaimers

Except for any warranty provided by the manufacturer or required by law, products and the site are provided "as is."

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, our liability for any claim related to a product or order is limited to the amount you paid for that product. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

11. Governing law

Florida law governs these terms. Disputes will be handled in the state or federal courts for Sarasota County, Florida.

12. Changes

We may update these terms by posting a new version with a new effective date.
