Sunlit Carry LLC ("Sunlit Carry," "we") sells parts, accessories, gear and ammunition. This policy explains how and where we ship.
Where we ship
- U.S. addresses only. We do not ship internationally.
- We do not ship any order, of any product, to California or Hawaii.
- Some items cannot be delivered to certain states, counties or cities. See our Age & Compliance page. We check eligibility at checkout and again before shipping, and we cancel and fully refund any order we cannot lawfully deliver.
- We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses; a street address is required.
Processing time
Orders usually ship within 1–3 business days after payment clears. Gear and ammunition ship directly from our partner wholesalers' warehouses, so one order may arrive in more than one package.
Carriers and rates
- Carriers: drop-shipped orders go by the fulfilling wholesaler's carrier (UPS or FedEx).
- Shipping options and charges are shown at checkout before you pay.
- Tracking is emailed when your order ships.
Delays
If we cannot ship within the time we stated (or within 30 days if no time was stated), we will tell you, give you a revised date, and let you cancel for a full refund of unshipped items.
Lost, damaged or incorrect packages
Contact [email protected] within 24 hours of delivery (or of the expected delivery date for missing packages) with your order number and photos of the package and item. Damage reported after 24 hours cannot be accepted. Sunlit Carry files insured carrier claims itself, and refunds or credits follow our Returns & Refunds policy (no refund or credit until we receive the damaged item back; customer pays return shipping). An adult signature is required for ammunition shipments.
Ammunition shipments
- Ships from the partner wholesaler's warehouse by the wholesaler's carrier (UPS or FedEx) only, as Limited Quantity hazardous material; no USPS, P.O. boxes, APO/FPO, or international for ammunition.
- Adult signature (21+) required; the carrier will not leave it. If a shipment is refused or cannot be delivered, it is treated under our final-sale policy; contact us and we will explain your options.
- Ground service only; no air shipment.
- We do not ship ammunition to California, Hawaii, New York, Massachusetts, the District of Columbia, Illinois, New Jersey or Connecticut, or to any location where the fulfilling wholesaler will not ship it. See Age & Compliance.
Sales tax
We collect Florida sales tax and any other tax required for your delivery address. Tax is shown before you pay.
